Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are described below:

"Platform" means

The jia9 website, mobile site, and all associated services through which users can participate in online gaming activities.

"User" or "Member" means

Any person who has registered on the jia9 platform and is using the services. By registering, the user agrees to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

"Account Balance" means

The total amount currently held in a user's jia9 account — which may include both real money and any applicable bonus funds.

Registration and Account

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on jia9, users must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be cancelled and the balances forfeited.

Age Limit and Eligibility

• Must register using their real identity — providing false information is grounds for cancellation.
• Multiple accounts under the same identity are not permitted.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The withdrawal amount must remain within the available account balance.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x).

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — restrictions may apply to specific games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — completing the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• A maximum single bet limit may apply when a bonus is active.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• jia9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

jia9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier. Bronze offers up to 0.2% cashback, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Users can move up to higher tiers based on their activity.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Each game on the jia9 platform has its own rules. It is the user's own responsibility to read the relevant rules before starting any game.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to server or network issues, jia9 will review the technical logs before making a decision. jia9 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings that result from a technical error.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. Once a result has been published, it cannot be changed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jia9 platform and may result in account cancellation:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund flows.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other users.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw the account balance before making the request. After a closure request is submitted, the account will generally be deactivated within 72 hours.

8.2 Closure or Suspension Initiated by jia9

jia9 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or concerns about fraud.
• No activity on the account for an extended period.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or legal requirements.

8.3 Actions During Suspension

While an account is suspended, deposit, withdrawal, and gaming features will be unavailable. If no violation is found after the investigation is complete, the account will be reactivated.
